Amy Crabb

Associate Director

Amy Douglass Crabb is passionate about building systems, networks, organizations, and communities utilizing creative, results-driven strategies with a focus on big-picture, forward-thinking vision and world-changing results. She has served as a fund raising professional since 2011 for such organizations as American Heart Association and Council on Aging/Meals on Wheels, in Sonoma County, CA, as well as The Living Desert and Desert Recreation District, both located in Palm Desert, CA. She is most proud of her ability to secure over $500,000 in grant funding within six months at the Recreation District to introduce at-risk youth to wild places and her team at The Living Desert who raised over $1 million in individual giving during the first 90 days of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Prior to her fundraising career, she was a marketing, event planning, and sales professional for a variety of organizations in the Fort Myers, FL and Indianapolis, IN markets. One of her most memorable occasions was as Executive on Loan to the Indianapolis Economic Development Corporation where she successfully attracted the relocation of headquarters for the Future Farmers of America and the National Collegiate Athletic Association to Indianapolis. She led both collaborative teams’ efforts, coordinating between her office, the Mayor’s Office, and C-Suite executives from a variety of leading corporations in the area.

Amy and her husband, Mark, reside in Big Bear Lake, CA where they enjoy boating, hiking, backpacking, camping in their 1959 Fireball vintage trailer, and traveling. They have two grown sons who they enjoy seeing often.
