Shivani Sidhar is the Director of Regulatory Affairs for San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) and the Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas). Previously, Shivani was Senior Counsel at Uber Technologies, Inc. focusing on regulatory, compliance and policy matters in California. Prior to joining Uber, Shivani worked for SDG&E in various legal and regulatory management roles. Shivani has worked at the California Public Utilities Commission in the Office of Commissioner Timothy Simon, and clerked at DLA Piper in Paris, France.
Shivani has a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Davis.
